Delivery policy

Fran & Lili cooperates with Acs, ELTA courier and Box Now. Free standard delivery within Greece for orders over €40.
For orders under €40, the delivery cost is €4. (Acs and Elta Courier) and €2. (Box Now). 

All orders are delivered within 1-2 working days. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

You can also pick up your order from our Showroom (Customer Service: +30 210 3258545). In this case, shipping is free of charge regardless of the purchase amount. Orders must be collected within one week; otherwise, they will be canceled.

For Cyprus, all orders are delivered via ACS. The standard delivery cost is €6, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 working days.

For the rest of the world, all orders are delivered via ELTA (Hellenic Post). The standard delivery cost is €12, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 working days.
